Therapy Services

Individual Assessment (60 minute sessions)

Your initial session(s): You will be provided an overview of what to expect from therapy. Initial sessions will focus on gathering information, identifying your goal(s) and developing an initial plan. You are encouraged to ask any questions you have or that may come up along the way.

Individual Therapy (45-60 minutes)

Ongoing sessions: The focus of individual therapy sessions will be to further explore the issues bringing you to therapy, to enhance understanding and to develop, practice and apply strategies to make desired changes. These sessions are scheduled on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.

$175 – 60 Minute Initial Assessment

$150 – 60 Minute Individual Therapy Session
